This book helped my dream trip become a reality!!

My husband and 2 teenage children spent 3 weeks in Canada in July . I have been wanting to go to Canada for 30years so booking the trip and trying to plan my dream trip was initially daunting. I read so many web sites and there was so much information. I then purchased this book and it was amazing!! We pretty much followed the outlined route and destinations that were in the book. It has so much information and everything is so well set out, there are loads of options , fantastic maps and links to websites and important information. I loved the interactive maps and links to different websites. I loved how it had sections of highlights of things to do, and gave time frames for activities such as hikes and drive times. We went to many of the suggested restaurants as well and were never disappointed, very yummy food!!! It just had everything we needed. We saw so much and experienced so many different activities. We went white water rafting, mountain bike riding in Whistler, the Calgary Stampede, lots of hiking, via ferrata climbing, saw lots of bears and other wildlife, many many gondolas, swimming in freezing lakes, amazing food and people and stunning "feel like you are in a movie" scenery . The Rockies and Icefields Parkway were just incredible. This book is an absolute must !! It helped make our trip amazing, I would highly recommend it to anyone planning on this road trip from Calgary to Vancouver, it also made just planning the holiday so easy and became my "happy place " reading it every night !!Thank you so much
